This project involves the reconstruction of a two-storey building in Kato Chora, Serifos. The original structure dates back to before 1885, as a contract from that year mentions “the hall and the two rooms” on the ground floor. Over time, the building underwent modifications, with an upper floor added, another room constructed on the ground floor, and intermediate spaces that were originally courtyards. Historically, the building operated as a grocery store and bakery, the latter known as the “Batis Bakery,” from which the project takes its name.<\/span><\/p>

The goal of the project is to transform the building into a single two-storey house. The ground floor includes two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a small living room, kitchen, and a guest room with a separate external entrance.
