Characteristic of the plot was the linear reed formation of a very high height at its border with the road. This prominent characteristic was ‘preserved’ by replanting a linear cluster of reeds at the building boundary, on the one hand to somehow restore the original image to the passerby and on the other to create a visual and sound filter between the reception area and the parking zone. The complex comprises eleven suites and is developed in three two-story volumes that converge slightly with each other following the axes of the plot. All suites have access to a flower garden, in which an old well and a cistern have been also reconstructed. All three buildings are made of white pressed putty and the few forming walls of the outer spaces are made of uncoated stonework (drystone). The pergolas are made of wood and reed.
