This project involves the reconstruction of a two-storey house on the beach of Ai- Giannis. The main house is situated on the first floor and includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, WC, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the ground floor, a second, smaller house has been designed, featuring a compact living room and kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. A path along the edge of the plot leads directly to the beach of Ai Giannis.
