This is a reconstruction of a two-storey house on the beach of Ai Giannis. The main house is developed on the first floor and includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, WC and two bedrooms with private bathrooms, while on the ground floor a second smaller house has been designed with a smaller living room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. A path at the edge of the plot leads directly to the beach of Ai Giannis.
