Lithari is a newly built stone residence located in the Vagia area on Serifos Island. The design consists of three individual volumes: one houses the common areas of the residence, including the living room, kitchen, dining room, wc, and the master bedroom with its bathroom. The other two volumes contain three additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as auxiliary spaces such as a storage and laundry room.

A key feature of the architectural design is the large pergola in the center of the property. This pergola is fully sheltered from the north wind and serves as an extension of the indoor living spaces, with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The overall design is partially sunken into the natural terrain on the northern (rear) side, which helps it blend more gently with the landscape, while on the southern (front) side, the terraces are positioned to have a direct connection with the surrounding environment.

Additionally, on the property, there is an existing building constructed before 1955, which is being renovated and repurposed as a guesthouse.
