Pénde Suites is located within the settlement of Livadi on Serifos Island and consists of five suites and a reception area. The main challenge in designing the compound was the very narrow width of the plot’s main facade (7.40m). This constraint led to the creation of two narrow, covered staircases that became a prominent architectural feature, connecting one side of the plot to the other through an elevated open terrace. The buildings’ surfaces, both interior and exterior, are finished with white pressed putty for a smoother integration into the settlement’s fabric, while the walls of the outer configurations are constructed with uncoated stonework.
