Villa Cactus is a new ground-floor house with a basement, a cave-like guest house with an internal loft, and two reconstructed cells dating back to before 1955. The main house comprises all common areas: a living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a home cinema area in the basement. The guest house features a small living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom in the loft, while the two cells have been converted into small guesthouses, each with a bathroom and an external kitchen. The property can accommodate a total of ten people.

A key feature of this project is the transformation of the old threshing floor into a central circular lounge space -a meeting point for all guests- where one can enjoy the most impressive sunrise on the island.
